OfflineOn my phone, I can see call log by call send, call received and call missed. But I can not see how long each call is so that I can accurately determine if money is deducted correctly from my pre-paid account. Is this a feature of the phone or it is a service provided by Speakout ? If my phone cannot do it, can I get it online from Speakout on my account? How do you normally determine if money are deducted correctly ?

OfflineThat feature (call logs) is not offered by SpeakOut. Not sure what phone you have, but many phones have call timers. As soon as you press send to call (or answer a call) the timer starts right away. Just get your balance before making the call, make the call, then see if the right amount was deducted (long distance vs local call).

OfflineIf you set up an account on the 7-Eleven website you can see what your balance is at anytime.
It does NOT break it down per call though.
