        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>If I change my phone for a Speakout or Rogers Nokia C3, can I use the Ovi Apps store (by internet browsing or any other way) or have they blocked it? </p>
<p>Also, I read that Ovi Mail is push style email "app".Does it mean that it is just a webmail interface integrated for your mobile or there's some way to get an alert like you receive a SMS text or picture?</p>
