        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>It seems as if BlackBerry has made some changes under the hood.  APN settings can no longer be edited on BB10.  I'm about to try again with 10.1.0.4285 but it looks like unless you got the phone unlocked by the carrier you bought it from, you're out of luck.  I'm really hoping BB will address this when they release 10.2!  Here's a write-up of my own struggle.</p>
