        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>There are 4 phones offered on the 7 eleven web site. Can anyone tell me if those phones are unlocked? I assume that they are just dual band 850/1900 for Canada/US use.<br />
Also I do not see call forward as a feature offered by Speak out. Is that true ?</p>
