Letting it sit to charge, removing the battery, removing the SIM card, or doing the hard reboot in the user manual does not work. I am guessing that it might be the battery?

Anyone know where batteries for the OT-356 are available? Googling makes it seem that they're not readily available outside of Hong Kong or the UK. Perhaps a more generic battery would work?
