Wireless sync is allowed, and using the phone's native web browser is allowed as well, but using the phone as a modem is illegal for a PC, for obvious reasons.

As far as the C3 phone, I heard lots of good things about it. I'm not too sure what's it's capabilities are though. I know it has been discussed on this site, so a search of the forum might give you a few answers.

As far as legalities go, there is good reading on the official site, and a call to SpeakOut customer service would help answer other questions you may have, since their word is the final word.

Actually, I'll probably get the C-3 phone.
All I really want to know is this , is
it possible to download an mp3 on the phones
web browser and transfer it to the computer?
Is it then possible to transfer an mp3 from my computer to
the phone and upload it to the internet?

Are these things possible with the c-3 and legal and
allowed with speakout?

I've never used an internet browser on a telephone before.
I'm completely green.

Sorry, I didn't know about that. So this tethering is illegal.Fine.
What I'm wondering though, it is possible to at least transfer a web page
from the phone to the computer? This is legal right?

I don't want to copy and paste from the official site, but yes, it is illegal. It's there for you to read. What you suggested (using a phone as a modem) is called tethering, and it is illegal with SpeakOut.

I have read the rules. As far as I can tell I think I understand them,
but I'm not a lawyer.
The bluetooth can be used to transfer files from the phone to
the computer. I thought this was common knowledge.
If this is the case, why are you saying that it's illegal to transfer a web page from the phone to your computer?
DUN refers to dial up net work.

Bluetooth is listed so you can use a headset. Please rules the full rules on this site, as well as the rules (Terms) page on the official site. Certain features might listed in the manual of any given phone, but it's the rules of the official SpeakOut site we abide by, not a manufacturer's manual, since that manufacturer may sell phones for a multitude of wireless providers, each with their own rules.

Then why is (DUN) listed as a built in blue tooth feature of the telephone?

How is everybody?

I'm in Toronto and will be shortly purchasing
a Nokia 2720.
I was wondering :
1) Does the 2720 come with the Opera lite browser?

3) Is it easy to disable voice mail on the 2720?
