thanks for the reply. I have tried changing all my settings but to no success. Today while in the area I get th 3G on my phone and I used another working SO phone to call my cell phone and I am able to receive the call. I am also able to send text message using my cell phone. But when I try to make a call I get "Call Failed: Network Busy" error. I don't know if there is a way to disable the 3g option on my Razr V3xx.

That's probably why you get "Network Busy" and disconnect. Is there some way to turn off 3G in the RAZR phone?

I have Razr V3xx with Speakout sim card. In certain areas my phone shows 3G and when this happens I am not able to make any calls. When I try to make a call it shows "Network Busy" and then disconnects. I am wondering if anybody else is having the same problem with me. If anyone knows the solution can you please kindly post it here. Your help is greatly appreciated.
