Anybody else still having problems making the switch from UMB to the new 100MB data plan? My unlocked Samsung Galaxy Discover (android 4) worked fine for UMB on speakout, and has worked with data plans on other providers (e.g. Roam mobility), but it doesn't seem to work with new SO data plan. I've deleted the old goam APN settings and triple-checked the new settings as listed above and on the SO site, and customer service insists the problem isn't on their end...

Any ideas/help would really be appreciated.

Spoke to another service rep, they said their technicians have made some changes in the back end and it should work now. Verified the settings and power cycle the phone a few times, still not working. I asked for a refund and the rep told me there is no guarantee the service will work?!

Here is the setting i tried from the website. Power cycled the phone a few times, still doesn't work. Called 711 support, they said will get a technician to assist in the next two days. I asked support to remove the feature and they said no credit will be given unless a technician is able to verify it is an issue on their side. Also according to the support person, if you remove this data feature, you need to wait 30days before you can activate it again.

I just switch from the web browsing plan to the 100mb data service, but I can't get it to work. I created a new APN rogers-core-appl1.apn. What should be the proxy, port, username, password etc be? The customer rep just told me to go on website and APN name is the only thing i can find.
