Andrew - if you live in the Markham area - the Petro Canada site shows at least 10 PC stations in the area, each of which should sell PC airtime - I have attached a link which lists the addresses of these stations for your assistance - hopefully this will help - http://www.petro-canada.ca/en/.....o&PC=

PS - being from way out west,I have no idea of the Markham area but perhaps if you have transportation/mobility issues in getting out - and mention this in your email, maybe a visitor to this site may then understand and help you out.
