So, some enterprising individuals (who did live near a 7-11) saw a business opportunity and sold airtime vouchers for a small markup. Nowadays, there's not much demand, since you can top-up on-line.

And I would not support buying stolen goods, or advise anyone else to.
Although I suppose it's possible someone could have a card they no longer need and have to sell it at a discount for the inconvenience factor now that online topups are possible.

If someone is selling anything and you do not like the price, you do not have to buy it. Most people wouldn't buy a voucher at a certain price in a 7-Eleven, then sell it cheaper on this site than they paid for it. They would be losing money.

BTW, I just switched from "WINDMOBILITY" to Speakout and the SIM card I bought was on Kijij and included a $ 5.00 airtime.

The CSR's people I spoke to at Speakout were very helpful and informative, which I can not say about WIND. The time I was with WIND was the worst cellphone experience I have ever had!
