The phone is a basic one, and would only come with the power cord. Mine only came with a power cord. I don't use that phone at all though. You might have bought someone's return as well. It does happen. When phones are returned to the store, sometimes the clerks do not check to see if in includes all the accessories. Sometimes only higher end phones sometimes come with accessories Headset, data cable, car charger etc). You usually do have to buy accessories.
