As far as I know you can only buy time at 7-11.Unless they've changed it.

People sell phones and sim cards there all the time, and some will ship to your address.

I want to get one but I live 9 hours away from closest 7-11.

Is there a service out there that will buy phone package for me and send it to me if I pay them?

I really only need an unactivated sim but I realize it is will probably safer to just get a phone/sim package.
