Coverage is fine here, just can't add money to the phone from Quebec.

No 7/11, so can't buy vouchers, and online refill doesn't work with a QC address / credit card. Had bought this remaining voucher when I was in Toronto, but didn't want to depend on buying vouchers online, etc... so just sold my SIM to someone in Mississauga
