Does it work to just have the number on the voucher but not actually the voucher?

Assuming you trust the seller to deliver you an unused, unexpired voucher number, then all you need is that number in order to top up your phone.

Very few are in MB so i would have to send money via paypal (which i trust).
Would people comment on the safety of buying airtime electronically from a stranger. Any advice? Does it work to just have the number on the voucher but not actually the voucher? Thanks
