Believe me I checked with them and it the bonus is good. They stopped offering the bonus but honour vouchers sold before the end of the year. Who do you think these guys are ... Bell or Telus.

While the voucher is good, I think it had to have been redeemed by the end of the year to get the bonus though - but you're right, best to check with a CSR.

You are correct that any voucher bought after Dec. 31 however this voucher was purchased Dec. 27 when the bonus was in effect and is good for 90 days from purchase. If you are unsure check with a CSR.
