I am about to expire with my Rogers account and looking to switch to 7-11. If anyone has a SIM card available (Waterloo, ON area) I am looking for one.

Also - does anyone recommend a particular (unlocked) phone model and where to buy it? I want something that will work in the UK/Europe as well so I can swap SIM cards while travelling.
