If I remember, Winnipeg has an awful 2G network, but a very good province wide Rogers 3G network. If you use a 3G phone, your range should be better.

Outgoing calls usually just get a fast busy signal, and when I can make a call it takes 60-90 seconds to go through. Anyone have any ideas on a solution? It works fine in other parts of the city. Petro customer service was not heplful.
