Ask Fido for the account number or other proof that the account and phone number is yours.

SO needs proof that the phone number is yours before they will port it. Otherwise they open themselves up to fraudsters and pranksters.

I'm porting from Fido. The staff of CS of PC already called me and said the porting is failed. The problem is the a/c number of my phone is "incorrect". I started using this number a few years ago but I switched to prepaid service. Now I have no idea where I can get back my a/c number. Without it, I can't do the porting.
