Yes, an iPhone locked to Rogers will work with SpeakOut for talking/texting. Keep in mind that SpeakOut does not offer a full fledged data plan, only unlimited browsing.

Heyyy, just ordered an iphone 4 locked to Rogers.

I was hoping i could pop my speakout sim (after cutting) and it would work without having to unlock it.
Is this true? Unlocking iphones is a rediculous ripoff from what I've seen people charging.
