        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Rogers is merely keeping up with the Joneses.  $10 is what everyone charges for data now.  I would not be surprised there is some collusion involved.  I would not read anything into this move.  As a small silver lining, Rogers allows one to use whatever device you want now.</p>

        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Rogers will raise the cost of their Unlimited On-Device Mobile Browsing package from $7 to $10 on March 6, 2010. They state, "The service will also give you access to more content previously not included like Google Maps, Gmail and other applications (compatible device required)."</p>
<p>I suspect that SpeakOut (which uses the Rogers network) will follow through with a similar service upgrade. However, they're going to have to be careful with price. If they bump the cost by a similar amount (from the current $10 to $13 a month) they risk losing customers.</p>
