Sony xperia ray i have not downloaded any apps on it.

I just got wifi and have not put my gmail account on the phone
When i go to google play store it says from my computer

i do a search for googleplay store
then search for fongo
at the icon i say install
and it say you have not accessed google play store apps on your device.
is it because it have not put my gmail account or?

i tried to google to see how to download the play store on my apps but could not understand the answer.
also on the computer while trying to find the above it said something like MS office mobile. - does that mean windows?

I have downloaded the freephoneline.ca on my computer but would like it to be downloaded on my cell phone both of which are smart phones the nokia 635 and sony xperia ray.
Not sure how to do it or if it can be done on cell phone.

I just needed a phone number to use when i make overseas calls.
Our long distance cell phone provider has given us a local access no. and i used the speakout no. for dialing the local access no. I was not using SO for dialing overseas only using it as a local access no. and my airtime mins used was $17 for one call + the long distance cell phone co. charge which was not that much. i was a bit disappointed!!

Sadly, there is no Fongo client for Windows Mobile devices, and probably will not be anytime soon. You could pay $60 for SIP settings using Fongo's sister site freephoneline.ca, but that is for voice only, and Windows mobile does not have much selection for SIP clients. Other than for Skype, your VOIP experience with Windows Mobile will for the most part, be rather dire.
