Dual SIM phones are generally awful though. You can either use one SIM at a time, or one of the SIM radios is GSM only. Better off with 2 phones.

I disagree with the comment that SpeakOut "has become so obsolete" However, it is perfect for people like me who don't need data. They started out as a low cost/no frills carrier. No other carrier offers a service where $25 (for talk/text) can last a year.
