Does anyone know any good quality long distance and international calling carriers? | Other carriers | Consumer forum

A friend of mine told me that he never uses his cellphone to make long distance and international calls because the rates are too high (he's with Fido). There are add-on services that are way cheaper. He sent me two of them by email (www.intermarvelous.com, and http://www.bestcallingservice.com) and I'm gonna check them out. Any other potentially good ones?
