Airtime vouchers do come up for sale on this site as well, so that's a place you can look.

The 7-Eleven phones will only work if they are unlocked. Some older phones were sold unlocked, but SpeakOut has been locking their phones of late. However, a Rogers sim will work in a locked SpeakOut phone. A Telus sim (or Fido) sim will not work in a locked SpeakOut phone though.
