Hi
Please let me know if there are any less expensive international txt incoming and outgoing and the same with international phone call in/out. I would like a separate phone number. Also if the line for calling int'l is clear.

Right now I have rogers just kept it for personal N. American use. I do not want to port this number to any other plans. This is a simple $30 plan need to pay extra for any add’l requirements like international txt and int’l calls. For Int'l calls i have a local access number from another provider and dial out long distance - same concept as a calling card and less expensive.

I thought SO would be ideal so I purchased a sim but the rates are very high.
I would like to keep my phone budget low.
Is there anything out there – please let me know. Thank you for your help.
