The Nokia 1208 may be unlocked still if I can find one, and that would be a nice bonus for use elsewhere, like with T-Mobile in the US. Are there any 1208's in Toronto stores as far as others here have seen?

If you brought it 20 days back and paid x amount for the phone and are not satisfied , try speaking to the Manager directly as sales associates do not have exchange / refund authority ..... Refund on the phone is possible , but not on the airt ime voucher .
