which means I can safely topup 7 days after the expiry date? still have $77 in the account and see no point top up too soon.

After that, the number will be reassigned. I usually refill the day before the expiry. You can refill on April 22nd. You won't lose the number.

Is it wise to refill your minutes on the expiry day? I plan to refill on Apr 22nd, but a bit worried.
