I have been using it in my samsung galaxy p1000 for over a year now.

I rooted my tablet, ran autoproxy and have just about all my apps work that a regular tablet data plan would cost at a fraction of the price.

I also was annoyed that rogers thought it was a great idea to block the phone function of the tablet so I installed a custom rom and flashed the Euro version of it as well so I can make phone calls on the tablet as I need to.

I was pleasantly surprised at the results of this as this summer I went on a road trip with the family and went from winnipeg manitoba to comox b.c. The tablet had service the entire way except through the mountains dead spots.

Netflix was a great thing to have for the kids on the long ride. Not having to worry about ridiculous data roaming fees or swapping sim cards for different providers was even better. Sask was a bit slow though as most of it was still on outdated EDGE data. Manitoba BC and Aberta was all HSPA though which was great.

I would say speakout sims work best on a tablet.

Some good(or bad depending on who you are) news

The I-phone 4 and 4s require a mini sim and we only sell the standard type sim chips.
We also only support our own line-up of handsets for browsing and sim's are non returnable so this would be at your own risk if you decide to try in a tablet etc.
