So on Sunday a.m. I got an email from SpeakOut saying there was a delay due to maintenance and that a $100 top up wouldn't be charged until later in the day.

Disconcerting because I didn't request, and have never used, a monthly top up via credit card. (I carry a balance and get the $30 service renewed monthly)

I wrote, I called. They took the $113 from my credit card anyway. (AND they took an additional $30 from my balance.)

I wrote. I called. They reps acknowledge that there was no reason for them to have charged $113 to my credit card, but beyond that I am getting no response.

What the heck am I supposed to do now?

Has this happened to anyone else?
