<p>Yes, I could not top up my daughter's (no-airtime-left) phone, as somehow it had disappeared off my account's profile so even logging it, I couldn't top up -- emailed customer service to check their (old) database and add it back in, as I got a message that it'd been registered already  <img src="https://www.speakoutwireless.ca/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif" alt=":-(" class="spWPSmiley" style="max-height:1em;margin:0"  />    Now back on my list of SOW phones again.</p>
<p>To expedite, I ended up buying a voucher at 7-11 store before they managed to correct the omission.</p>
