        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>3 months ago i cancelled topup online. I know i should have checked sooner but today i realized i have still been topped up each month for the last 2 months.  My online account says i do not have topup. I had to check my credit card.  I called customer service.They hung up twice. I waited a long time.  Then i received good service.  Here is what they said... Since switching to the new website some old account settings were not rolled over onto the new website. She did not have the authority to cancel toupee. She wrote up a paper request for her supervisor to cancel the toupup.  We shall see if it happens.  Beware.</p>
