It's $10/month. On the bottom on the same page you mentioned:
"$10 fee will be deducted from your airtime balance every 30 days from the date of activation"

For your second question about your account being cancelled. From the official site:

“My airtime has expired; what do I do now?”

“If your airtime has expired, your account will remain available for 45 days — so simply add another voucher; if it’s been longer than 45 days, it will be reassigned. Once your account has been reassigned, you can purchase a new SIM card with a new number for $25 by calling Customer Care at 1-866-310-1023.”

I am searching and searching and I can not find the cost to send a text message on the $25/365 day plan, in the "Features" tab it states that incoming texts are free. On the "Talk Rates" tab states Voice is $0.25/min.

Ahhhhhh I found it here "Just remember that without the add-on, you’ll be charged $0.15 per outgoing text message." on the "Messaging" tab. Well thats better then $0.25 I thought might be the slick trickster.

So my next question then about texting is; if it states "With our $10 Unlimited Text Messaging Add-On, you can tip-tap-type as many outgoing text messages as you want, and since incoming text messages are always free, your speedy fingers will never need to stop."
Then is that $10/m or $10/yr? because, $25 is per year, no where does it state time frame for $10 Unlimited Text. The "Slick Trickster" is back!!!

Also, if I bought the $25/365 days voucher from 7/11, activated it, then used up the $25 on 100 minutes of talk time. Then did not buy another voucher for 3 or 4 months, how long before my 7-11 account with my transferred # is cancelled, because each month is not the 911 fee coming off my voucher?

Thanks!
