I was able to login to my old rogers account, and it looks like its a refund from 1 yr ago I didn't know about, that now seems to be cancelled.

So I guess these emails are legit, although the 'welcome to rogers one service' pdf is strange to include.

I called in regarding it, and I got bounced around between 3 support people, now waiting for their 'reseller dept' to call me back, since my number belongs to Ztar (speakout).

The email says its a credit for 'cancelled refund' (???), but there was also a terms & services PDF welcoming me to the rogers-one service.

Anyone else get something like this?
