Not sure if 411 is a Bell company or not. I wouldn't be surprised if it is. Charging that much is outrageous, as are all their add-ons to their POTS. $10.95 for Call Display? Really. I'm glad I dropped Bell years ago as my POTS provider.

No, I meant 411 must be a Bhell company, not SpeakOut. I have zero issues with SpeakOut, very happy with their service and prices. It's almost too good to be true!

Just the way it is. Just like when someone applies for a credit card. You have to read the fine print to see if you are agreeing to a credit card that has 7% interest, or 30% interest. Makes sense right?
