        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>There seems to be a discrepancy on the home page with respect to roaming charges.  First it says:</p>
<p>4. Can you make "roaming" calls in Canada and the US?</p>
<p>If you are within Canada, you call make calls outside your normal calling area for the normal long distance rates (see the question above). </p>
<p>Then it says below:</p>
<p>Summary of roaming charges<br />
Suppose you have a Toronto number. You travel to Vancouver.</p>
<p>-You call Vancouver (Local for you)</p>
<p>I am inclined to believe that the latter statement is incorrect because I have a 519 area code.  I moved to Van and haven't changed the number yet.  I called a friend, local call, and was charged 45cents, the new rate long distance rate.</p>
<p>Please clarify.</p>
