It looks like that Petro Canada is also good as 7-11 SO.

Any one used them or compared them?
Is SIM card sold with the PetroCanada cell phone? No extra fee?
What about the price comparison between PC and SO?

Hi,

With both Petro Canada and 7-Eleven, the SIM card is always included with the phone.
