To clarify, your account is tied to the SIM card, and not the phone. So you can swap the old SIM card to a new phone, and your old account and number will be on the new phone.

You need to make sure the new phone is either a locked Rogers phone, Speakout's phone, or an unlocked phone that works with a North American Carrier.

Every sim has its own number which you can't pick, if you want your old number you need to call them and port it to the new phone (sim).

Or you can replace the new sim with the old one and everything will be hunky dory.

Just bought a new Speakout phone. Does anyone know if I have to get a new number or if I can keep my previous Speakout #?
