I have mobile unlocking shop in india.One of my custemer came from uk. Bring his Nokia 1208. He wants to use his mobile in indian local network. SO i try to get the unlock instrucitons for his mobile. I find the site http://www.mobileunlockguide.com/ there i got the unlocking instrcutions for Nokia 1208. But it says i need unlock code to unlock his mobile. So i try to get the unlock code for his mobile. from varius sites. All are very expensive. I need chepeast good working code. can u provide me code for his mobile? or else can u know where i get the code?and can u gauranty how it will work?

If so that phone won't work in North America. For that you'll need an unlocked 850/1900 MHz GSM phone, or better still an unlocked quadband phone that runs on all GSM networks.

On my visit to India i purchased a Nokia 1208 with a sim (India / Bangalore) for only $31 Cad
I was wondering if this phone can be used with 7-eleven sim cards.
I am looking for only a sim as i have 3 mobiles unlocked. I will be using a mobile in future for limited usage.+ minutes

Anyone travelling to India you get nokia 1208 + sim card from the state you purchase the mobile from. There are other nokia phone very inexpensive.
