Just topped up with a $75 voucher

Hi guys, I just topped up my phone with a $75 voucher and my balance before topping up was $1.93. Currently it says that I have $76.93 (which technically is the correct amount) but when I checked our FAQ here, it says that the top up should be $93.75. I haven't received any calls yet, so I'm unable to check if my rate per minute is .25 or .20. Will post after someone gives me a calI.

It's not only the FAQ here. It's also the FAQ there.

Your per minute rate is always deducted as 25¢/minute. In order to bring your actual or effective rate down to 20¢, $75 and $100 vouchers are credited with an extra 25% in value, i.e. $93.75 and $125, so that your effective rate works out to only 20¢/minute.

I would call SO customer service and ask them why you didn't get a $93.75 credit on your $75 voucher.

My experience exactly. I topped up with a $75 voucher last night with a remaining balance of a little over $1. And instead of hearing my balance being around $93, like it did previously, It said I had $76.xx in my account.

So either it's 25 cents for all denominations now, or they've figured out a way in the system to charge different rates based on different top up amounts.

Well then you should call them and ask. Then let us all know what was their response.

Well, I had some time and called CS last night. The CSR told me that they had a few others calling about this as well. She told me that she'd leave a note for a manager to call back today as they were already off for the day.

This morning I received a call from a manager, and he assured me that the promotion on the $75 and $100 top ups is not over, and has credited the additional $13 or something to my account.

He explained that some of the new pins being printed are not triggering the system to automatically add the additional values for some reason. So call them if you got your $75 or $100 voucher in the last few days and did not get the bonus credit.

I called CS as well, the rep didn't even know about the additional top up for the $75 voucher. Got a reference # and a call back a few hours later telling me they added the additional amount to my cell and that they'd get it fixed for any future top ups.

Happened to me too. Bought a 75$ voucher on March 7th and was only credited 75$ to my account. I had meant to call them to inquire but forgot. Just got around to doing it today (2 weeks later) and the CS rep told me she'd send a note to the tech team to give me the credit. She said the problem went on for about a week but that it's now fixed and everyone should get their bonus value when buying a 75$ or 100$ voucher.
