Call Speakout customer service, and ask what changed, and if not, ask for a refund. There is always a chance this site has out of date information. This site does not have official ties with Speakout, so what is posted here should be taken with a grain of salt.

Iam a new 7 11 speakout customer and I have a Victoria area code (778) #. When I call a Vancouver area code (778) # it is billed as a long distance call. This cell service is not working the way this forum says it will. Any comments Thanks.

I have a Windsor 519 number. some time ago, I can call Toronto form Windsor, or call Windsor from Toronto as local 25c/min.

Just notice today, When I call a Chatham number (519) form Windsor or call a Windsor number (519) from Chatham, all are long distance (45c/min).

Chatham and Windsor is 80KM apart, both have area code of 519.
