I removed the Sim line and just bought the 100 top up. I wasn't sure what my original balance was to be sure, but I am pretty sure it added $125 to my balance despite removing the Sim line in my cart with the $25 bonus.

The $25 top up and free sim seem to be the same line in the cart, so if I delete the SIM, it also deletes the top up.
