What do you mean by "reply"? As long as you do not answer an incoming call there is no airtime charge. Your phone will still display the number of the caller so you can call them back.

(AFAIK there is no charge when an incoming caller leaves voicmail. There is a charge when you pick up the voicemail using your phone. There is no charge if you pick it up using a landline.)

Now I do not reply to all incoming calls but a few ,due to buissiness.
