sounds confusing, alright.
I've used these plans before and run out of time before the enddate and wanted to renew.
I cancelled, waited awhile and then returned to site to see that the plan had been cancelled...ie: given their site time to refresh. Then, I started a new plan with no trouble.

Hopefully they haven't changed the possibility to do this but in any case, what have you got to lose? Cancel the plan and then start a new one.

So I'm about run out of minutes on day 16 of my 1st 30 day Value Plan. I know I can continue to use my phone at 30 cents/minute, but I had assumed I could also just buy a new Value Plan.

But when I try to deactivate my current plan, I'm told "You have selected to remove this ACTIVE/PENDING Value Plan or PENDING Action from your account... If this is an ACTIVE Plan or Add-On, this removal will take effect at the end of this plan's 30-day period."

Really? Do I have to wait 2 weeks for the existing (now worthless) plan to expire before I can activate a new one? If so, it would be cheaper for me to replace the SIM! What gives?
