I missed the last survey. Got in this time. My wife also has a SO # so when I tried to do the survey again, it indicated that I have already completed the survey. I cleared my browser cookies and was able to complete the survey again for her number as well. so $5 for me and $5 for her. not bad.

I also just clicked continue on some of the questions that I feel shouldn't be answered. i.e. ethnic origin, annual income.
