Do I get charged for un-answered calls ? | 7-Eleven Rates and Plans | Consumer forum

I know that both incoming and out going calls are charged at $0.30 per minute with minimum 1 minute charged and the charge including the ringing time. What about unanswered incoming calls ? There are so many junk calls these days which I decided not to answer. Do I still get charged ? If so , is blocking their number a way to save the charge ? Any suggestion ?
