It might be starting October 1st, like it did last year. That way you wouldn't have to spend anything on the 1208, or you could get a newer phone like the Nokia 5130 much cheaper than usual.

i believe that would work out very nicely, yes you get a new phone and the airtime to top up your current sim. you get to keep your number, address book etc. and sell the new sim to offset the cost of the phone, it'll be like getting the new phone for $5 !
