I told the PC CS to port the phone # in the afternoon. On the next morning at 10 am I received a massage from the PC CS said the phone # was ported successfully. It took about 18 hours. I also ported another Fido pre-paid phone # to SO's new phone 3 weeks ago. It was the same to take 18 hours to finished the porting. Fido didn't charge me anything because these were pre-paid phones but I lost all the money ( air time ) in this two A/Cs.

I've never had a contract with Fido.

Does anyone know if I can have my Fido phone number ported to a SO phone if I have always been on prepaid?
