1- If I call some one,a ring bells two time bur I hang up before he pick up the phone.Are we charged for this call a 20 cent?
2- Are both outgoing and in coming calls same rate of 20 cent / minute ??

I have a few questions about the Speak Out Wireless billing.

1.) Are you charged minutes for missed calls?
2.) Are the minutes rounded up?
3.) Is the 911 monthly fee $0.99 or $1.50? I've heard both!
