It also depends on the phone you're looking for. If you want an entry-level phone then they are the same. PCan has a Nokia 1208 for $49 which includes $5 if airtime, while SO has the Nokia 1600 + $25 worth of airtime for a total of $75 which includes an additional $5 of airtime. So the cost is the same.

If you want a Nokia 2760 flip phone, then it looks like PCan is noticeably cheaper.

And obviously if you want a Nokia 2630 or a Nokia 5200 then you'll have to go with the company that has it.
