I'm trying to get a cheap Nokia 1661, but I'm having no luck. I guess the recent $60 off promo, plus the holidays is making it harder. I've tried maybe +10 stores in the Vancouver area, but the answers from the clerks are 'we're out of stock', 'but we have the other two phones',' I'm sorry I don't know when the next shipment will be'.

I'm wondering if I should hold off my search and wait a bit if there's a chance of newer phones? It seems to me they're dumping all the Nokia 1661.

Any suggestions?
